- All orders take 5 business days for processing.
- Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
- You may have different tracking numbers if you have separate orders.
- Standard deliveries are Monday through Saturday.
- Deliveries may not arrive on Sunday or any U.S holiday.
- Please be advised that around the holidays, delivery times may vary.
USA Shipping Times & Rates
- Deliveries may arrive within 2-10 business days.
- Free standard shipping over $50.
- Flat rate $4.99 orders $50 and under.
International Shipping Times & Rates
- International shipping deliveries vary between 8-29 business days.
- Free standard shipping over $99.
- International shipping flat rate is $12.99 orders $99 and under.

Lost/Misplaced Orders
If you are unable to locate your package, you can try the following steps:
- Double check your mailbox or wherever else you may receive your mail.
- Verify that your shipping address is correct.
- Ask household member or neighbors to see if they accepted a delivery.
- Wait 48 hours. Packages may mistakenly be scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrivals.
- Check with your carrier. The carrier may provide more information about the location of your package.
