Orders

1. When will my order ship?

Orders may take up to 5 days for processing and will ship within 24 hours.

2. How will I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email which contain your order details.

3. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you place a split order, your order may contain different tracking numbers and arrive at different times.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once you place your order it cannot be canceled. You can return your order once all items are received.

Shipping

1. When will my order arrive?

Orders arrive within 10 business days.

2. What are the business days?

Business days deliver orders Monday through Saturday. This excludes Sundays and US holidays. Orders placed on a non business day will be processed the following business day.

3. Where does AdoreStarr ship to?
  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories.
  • P.O. Boxes.
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
4. Does AdoreStarr ship to military addresses?

We ship to all military bases, APO/FPO.

5. Does AdoreStarr ship outside the United States?

At this time we currently do not ship outside the United States. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only expand shipping to other regions when we can guarantee the shipping time.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange my order?

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you would like a different item, you must follow the return process for a refund and repurchase the new item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
