Order Confirmation

  • After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email that was used during checkout.
  • Orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
  • Including the order process, orders will arrive within 10-15 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • If an order is placed on a non business day or any US holiday, it will be processed the following business day.

Order Cancellation

  • We are unable to cancel an order once it is placed.
  • If you no longer want the items that were ordered, you may return them after receiving all your items.

Shipping Information

  • Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number to follow your order.
  • If you place a split order, your order may contain different tracking numbers and arrive at different times.

      Shipping Delays

      • If you are experiences any delays in your order, there could be for a few possible reasons for the delay:
        1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
        2. USPS experiencing delays in processing packages.
        3. Package has not yet scanned at checkpoint.
      • You may reach out to USPS customer service for more information as they may provide further and better updates regarding the location and status of your package.

        Lost Package 

        If your order says ”delivered” but you are unable to locate your package, you can try the following steps:
        1. Double check your mailbox or wherever else you get your mail.
        2. Verify your shipping address in Your Order
        3. Ask household members or neighbors to see if they accept a delivery.
        4. Wait 48 hours. Packages may mistakenly been scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
        5. You can check with your carrier. The carrier may provide more information about the location of your package.

        Shop Pay

        What is Shop Pay?

        • Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full, or split your purchase into regular payments at checkout with Shop Pay Installments. 
        • To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States. 


        • Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments.
        • Installment options can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

        Fees or penalties

        • For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied.
        • Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.
        • You can pay your balance off early without penalty.
        • There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

        Credit scores and eligibility

        • Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments.
        • If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
