When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Orders ship within 5-10 business days.
When are the business days?
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all US holidays. Orders placed on a non business day will be processed the following business day.
Where does AdoreStarr ship to?

How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email which contain your order details. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you place a split order, your order may contain different tracking numbers and arrive at different times.

How does Shop Pay work?
Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. Installment options can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Fees or penalties
For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.
You can pay your balance off early without penalty.
There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
Credit scores and eligibility
Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. You can return your order once all items are received.
Can I return my order?
AdoreStarr will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garnet packaging with SKU label. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items from the order and shipped back within 7 days for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date).
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
All swimwear, bodysuits and jewelry are final sale and not refundable.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. If returned on a non business day, it will be processed the following business day.
How do I return an order?
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order confirmation number and a reason for the return. Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.
- Please include your invoice with the item(s) you are returning. Including the invoice will help avoid issues with your process. Once submitted, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.
- Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, you will receive an email from AdoreStarr regarding your order. Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
