    Placing Order Confirmation

    • After placing an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the order.
    • All orders may take 5 business days to process
    • Our business days are Monday through Friday.
    • All orders that are placed on the weekend or any holiday will be processed the following business day.
    • Business days do not include any Sundays or any U.S holiday.
    • Please be advised that during the holidays, times may vary.

    USA Shipping Times & Rates

    • Once your order has shipped out, an email including the tracking number and order details will be sent to the email used to place the order.
    • You may have different tracking numbers if you ordered multiple items or have separate orders.
    • Orders may take up to 5 business days for order processing.
    • Some orders may arrive within 2-5 business days.
    • Standard delivery times are within 5-10 business days.
    • Standard delivery days are Monday through Saturday.
    • Business days do not include any Sundays or any U.S holiday.
    • Please be advised that during the holidays, times may vary.
    • Flat rate $4.99 USD for orders under $45 USD.
    • Free standard shipping over $45 USD.

    International Shipping Times & Rates

    • Orders may take up to 5 business days for order processing.
    • International shipping delivery times vary between 8-29 business days. 
    • Standard delivery days are Monday through Saturday.
    • Business days do not include any Sundays or any U.S holiday.

    • International Shipping flat rate is $12.99.

    Lost/Misplaced Orders

    If you are unable to locate your package, you can try the following steps:
    1. Double check your mailbox or wherever else you may receive your mail.
    2. Verify that your shipping address is correct.
    3. Ask household member or neighbors to see if they accepted a delivery.
    4. Wait 48 hours. Packages may mistakenly be scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrivals.
    5. Check with your carrier. The carrier may provide more information about the location of your package.
